Advanced Transactional Lawyer Position

We are seeking an experienced lawyer with a strong background in commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, IT and procurement to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have solid corporate experience in contract negotiation, project management and technology law.
The role involves working on complex commercial agreements, including sponsorship deals, media contracts, broadcasting rights agreements, licensing, M&A and procurement. You will be working with top ASX listed companies, mid-sized corporates, the public sector and not-for-profit organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex commercial contracting, sponsorship agreements, media and event agreements, broadcasting rights agreements, licensing, M&A and procurement.
- Client portfolio includes major sports codes, racing authorities, local and international sporting clients, brand named corporates, automotive clients and large-scale manufacturing clients.
