Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join our Melbourne project team for an exciting new energy project.
The role of Senior Contract Administrator will be responsible for administering construction and services contracts in place to support the execution of the Silver City Project. This includes ensuring compliance, performance, and value across the supply chain.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise in contract administration and a strong understanding of contract terms, negotiation, and claims management.
Key Responsibilities
- Administering construction and services contracts in accordance with project execution plans and company requirements
- Supporting the Contracts & Procurement Manager in managing contractor performance, claims, and risk
- Coordinating with site teams to ensure contract deliverables are met safely and in a timely manner
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of principled leadership in contract formulation and extensive contracts administration experience in executing major projects.
What We Are Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in supply chain, law, business administration, quantity surveying/construction management or related field
- Demonstrated principled leadership in contract formulation and extensive contracts administration experience
- Strong understanding of contract terms, negotiation, and claims management
