This role involves delivering expert interpretation of payroll contracts to drive business success.
We seek a highly skilled Payroll Contract Interpretation Specialist to join our team, bringing strong technical expertise and analytical skills to the table.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of rules engine configuration and troubleshooting, as well as experience in payroll system knowledge and template management.
A key accountability for this role includes becoming the go-to expert in how rules engines work, supporting consultants with complex rule design and debugging, owning standard ruleset and contract template libraries, and implementing a version control framework for ruleset templates.
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity that requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Become an expert in rules engine functionality, including triggers, actions, buckets, variables, segments, scoping, rate assignment, execution order, and dependencies.
- Support consultants with complex rule design and debugging, ensuring efficient and effective problem-solving.
- Owning standard ruleset and contract template libraries, maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Implementing a version control framework for ruleset templates, streamlining updates and revisions.
