As the eCommerce Content Coordinator at MUJI Sales Support Service, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the content for our online retail platform. Your responsibilities will include:

- Oversee all end-to-end website content, focusing on design and promotional messages to boost user engagement and sales
- Manage website optimisation activities like navigation, page setup, merchandising, and UX/UI experience
- Conduct daily site review for assets and promotions, ensuring consistent presentation and functionality
- Analyse search data to improve the customer digital experience and increase sales
- Plan and implement new website features to enhance usability and increase sales

**Skills and Experiences**:

- 2-3 years' experience in an eCommerce role
- Shopify Plus experience is highly desirable
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent is highly desirable
- Sound commercial acumen to drive sales outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to elevating customer experience
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience working in a fast-moving consumer goods or retail business
