Senior Windows Infrastructure Engineer

Our organization seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and implementation of Windows Server infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, PKI, ADFS, DFS, File and Print services, and Group Policy with AGPM.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of our Windows Server environment.
  • Implement and support cyber security controls, including application whitelisting, host-based firewalls, vulnerability scanning, and device control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ICT projects and BAU operations, driving business outcomes and process improvements.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, including SOPs, design documents, and operational guides, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cyber security tools and methodologies relevant to government environments, as well as experience managing Azure IaaS environments, including template deployment and resource administration.

Key qualifications include:

  • Expertise in Windows Server technologies and Microsoft System Centre products.
  • Extensive experience with Intune for monitoring and patching.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security tools and methodologies.
  • Experience managing Azure IaaS environments.
