Job Opportunity: Senior Server Engineer

The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, PKI, ADFS, File and Print, DFS, and GPO with Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM).

Main responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining systems health through the use of Microsoft System Centre products and Intune (SCOM, SCCM/MECM)
  • Implementing and managing Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) servers, encompassing template deployment, user, and resource administration
  • Ensuring compliance with Australian Government Cyber Security standards, processes, and guidelines, including ISM, Essential 8, and ACSC hardening guides
  • Creating technical documentation, comprising SOPs and design documentation
  • Managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, such as CyberArk, including credential vaulting, session monitoring, and integration with enterprise authentication systems

Possession of an Australian passport is required, and the ability to obtain Baseline clearance.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of Windows Server concepts and experience
  • Experience with systems monitoring and patching in Microsoft System Centre products and Intune
  • Familiarity with Cyber Security tools and methodologies
  • Experience managing Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) servers
  • Strong proficiency in writing technical documentation
  • Experience implementing and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
