Project Director Role

The role of a Project Director is responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This involves managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure full adherence to health, safety, environment, and quality policies and procedures on site.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of project delivery, including budgeting, timelines, and progress reporting.
  • Manage procurement, contract administration, and subcontractor engagement to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Schedule and coordinate trades, materials, and site logistics to optimize project efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to promote a positive and productive work environment.

Our ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in project and construction management. A trade background with a Certificate IV in Building & Construction or Project Management is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project is also required, with experience in Procore being highly desirable.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
