Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team in the aftermarket industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new service and parts business by building relationships with key customers within an assigned territory.

This role involves managing existing accounts to enhance service levels and customer satisfaction. The sales representative will collaborate with company personnel to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth through effective account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts and their requirements effectively.">
  • Develop new service and parts business within the assigned territory through cold calls, service presentations, and follow-ups on leads.">
  • Generate new service business for the branch by securing orders for truck repairs on core and non-core products.">
  • Negotiate tailored service and training agreements with existing and new customers.">
  • Identify additional opportunities to sell support products, truck repairs, battery sales, rental leads, and training opportunities.">
  • Process customer orders courteously, efficiently, and timely.">
  • Respond to sales leads within the agreed KPI timeframe.">
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.">
  • Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to log all customer interactions.">
