Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of claims and determine provisional and ongoing liability.

This role involves coordinating services, managing providers, and regularly reviewing claim progress to identify trends and issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Determining liability and managing claims
  • Coordinating services and managing providers
  • Regularly reviewing claim progress and identifying trends
  • Authorizing payments and maintaining contact with parties involved
  • Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing case loads of accident and health or workers comp claims
  • RG146 Tier 1 certification
  • The ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
