Sharp and Carter is a leading FMCG organization seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their growing commercial operations. This presents an exceptional opportunity for top-tier finance professionals to partner with the Sales and Marketing team, providing insightful analysis of consumer and trade expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver actionable insights from market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Lead the forecasting, reporting, and analytics process for the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, driving data-driven decision-making across the business.
  • Oversee a robust Budget and forecasting process, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow forecasting, ensuring accuracy and transparency throughout.
  • Provide financial input and evaluation of business proposals, including new products, pricing, marketing, and trade support, leveraging expertise in FMCG industry dynamics.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement changes accordingly, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise within a FMCG environment (5+ years), having successfully business-partnered the commercial side (Sales & Marketing) of an organization. They will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as be inquisitive and commercially minded, able to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
