
Business Administrator Position

We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our Business Services team in Perth.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, initiative, and a strong understanding of business operations. They will also have experience with Microsoft Word formatting and be proficient in proof reading and professional presentation of comprehensive reports.
This role involves providing local office support to our Perth team and contributing as a shared resource to our Business Services team. Tasks include:
- Data entry using ERP software
- Booking travel and coordinating equipment and supplies for consultants' field trips
- Maintaining a smooth running office, including reception, housekeeping, errands, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinating team social events
The successful candidate will need to exercise confidentiality and respect for the information they manage, maintain up-to-date HR key metrics, and contribute to the advancement of this area of the business.
This is an ideal role for someone who is agile, flexible, and has great attention to detail. You will work closely with the Head of People & Culture to coordinate and deliver people development and engagement activities.
