Job Opportunity:

- Achieve success as a Support Worker in our Disability Services team by assisting individuals with disabilities to participate fully in the community and lead fulfilling lives.">
Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families and other professionals to ensure high-quality support is provided at all times.">
- Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, household management, and meal preparation while maintaining client confidentiality and dignity.">
- Use Auslan Sign Language to communicate effectively with deaf clients, promoting independence and choice within the community.">
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and preferences, using this information to inform service delivery.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability qualification.">
- First Aid Certification, along with Working with Children Check and National Police Certificate.">
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as basic computer literacy.">
- Available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.">
