About the Role

The Senior Business Relationship Manager role is a key position within our organization. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Job Description
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a business development or sales role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • SUPPORT SALES TEAM: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful client engagements.
  • IMPLEMENT STRATEGIES: Design and implement strategies to drive client engagement, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • ANALYZE DATA: Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • LEAD COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATIONS: Lead commercial negotiations with clients to secure contracts and agreements.
