Job Title: Regional Operations Leader

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our regional operations team, driving customer service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • The successful candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing complex maintenance issues, enquiries, and complaints.
  • They will be responsible for developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  • A key focus of this role is to drive business outcomes, including achieving operational and financial targets, workforce planning, asset management, and project management outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Property Managers to deliver high-quality customer service outcomes
  • Manage complex maintenance issues, enquiries, and complaints in accordance with policy and legislative guidelines
  • Provide accurate advice to internal and external stakeholders and develop effective working relationships across the organisation
  • Ensure operation and financial performance targets are met, including workforce planning, asset management, contractual requirements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and project management outcomes
  • Contribute to business goals by ensuring adherence to business procedures and processes
