Strategic Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing the execution of strategic goals and objectives. This includes collaborating closely with senior executives to develop and implement operational policies and procedures that drive efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage data insights to inform operational decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior executives to align operational goals with organisational strategy
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in operational management with a proven track record of driving performance and achieving strategic goals
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and collaboratively with senior executives to achieve shared objectives
  • A current driver's license that allows you to drive in Australia
  • A current employee working with children check card
  • A current national police check
