- Have consistent availability to work, including two days a week during afternoon routines (3:30pm – 6:30pm). Be open to travel to regional/surrounding areas.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence, empathy, and ability to follow instructions. Maintain clear focus on participant goals and outcomes.
- Act professionally, following company protocol. Be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work autonomously.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrate passion for working within the disability sector and making a difference in people's lives.
- Hold a valid Australian driver's license and access to your own vehicle. Hold an NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Childrens Check.
