Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update front sales area retail displays efficiently
  • Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets
  • Identify new customers and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Coordinate and implement the supply of parts and services to retail customers
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels
  • Process parts sales invoices and manage credit returns accurately
  • Raise purchase orders from vendors
  • Reconcile cash sales daily, adhering to administrative requirements
Your Qualifications

We prioritize both technical and soft skills, seeking individuals with:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably as a Parts Interpreter
  • In-depth mechanical knowledge and familiarity with vehicle or equipment parts
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office suite
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work well in team environments
  • A forklift license (desirable but not essential)
