About the JobThis three-year apprenticeship provides practical, on-the-job training leading to a nationally recognized qualification, Certificate III in Automotive Sales. You'll gain skills in customer service, parts identification, communication, safety, and teamwork while working in the heavy commercial vehicle industry.
You'll be part of a collaborative team at Volvo Commercial Vehicles, learning from experienced professionals and contributing to our mission to shape efficient, safe, and sustainable transport solutions.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent service
- Identify and resolve complex problems related to parts and vehicles
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and data
