The role of a Pricing Specialist involves developing and implementing pricing strategies for genuine parts to drive business success. This position requires analytical skills, commercial acumen, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing specialists are responsible for creating, reviewing, and implementing pricing structures for genuine parts and accessories to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • They maintain and update pricing systems to ensure accuracy across ERP, DMS, and dealer platforms.
  • Coordinating timely pricing inputs for new product launches, campaigns, and service programs is another key responsibility.
  • Benchmarking pricing against competitors and conducting analysis to identify margin opportunities and risks is essential.
  • Collaboration with internal teams is necessary to align pricing with business objectives and support gross profit targets.
  • Providing pricing support, training, and reporting to internal and dealer staff ensures system proficiency and data accuracy.
About the Role:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive pricing, product management, or commercial analysis is required, along with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of ERP and DMS systems (e.g., SAP, Pentana) and understanding of parts supply chain, logistics, and retail pricing models is necessary.
  • A valid driver's licence is required, as well as a commercial mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Desirable experience in OEMs, importers, or large dealership groups is also beneficial.
