Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Global Payroll Manager. This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the payroll function across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll roles, with a proven track record of leading or being a key member of payroll transformation projects. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, engage, and develop teams in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the payroll function, ensuring timely and accurate execution of day-to-day payroll processes.
  • Lead a global payroll team, fostering collaboration and getting the best out of the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement and growth within the payroll team, providing clear development opportunities and empowering team members to make decisions and innovate.
  • Lead key transformation projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless and compliant execution.
  • Maintain effective stakeholder management, setting clear timelines, managing expectations, and communicating progress proactively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years' experience in payroll roles, with exposure to multi-jurisdiction payrolls.
  • Familiarity with payroll compliance regimes in APAC, North America, and EMEA.
  • Experience in successfully leading or being a key member of payroll transformation project(s).
  • Proven leadership style that motivates, engages, and develops teams in complex environments.
