Career Opportunity: Service and Maintenance Professional

We're seeking a skilled Service and Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of our equipment, providing exceptional service to guests, and contributing to a positive work environment.

  • Maintenance of bowling machines including mechanical repairs, machine cleaning & general lane fixes during shifts;
  • Assistance in the maintenance of all other pieces of equipment in the venue;
  • Liaison with specialist trades/contractors; and
  • General facility upkeep (painting, repairs, etc).

This role requires a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service abilities. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality experiences and are eager to learn and grow with our company, we encourage you to apply.

Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role. You will work collaboratively with our national technical team to maintain our facilities and provide exceptional guest experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Natural technical/mechanical aptitude
  • Proven technical or mechanical experience
  • A willingness to learn and problem solve
  • A mature, collaborative and positive approach to work
  • An ability to work autonomously but also communicate effectively to the team
  • Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
  • A love of interacting with diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
