**Caloundra Residential Aged Care Home**, in the role of
**Maintenance Person**
**.**

In this crucial
**full time role**, you will primarily be responsible for maintaining of the home internally as well as externally.

We are looking for a self-starting and driven individual who loves working collaboratively as part of a team as well as being capable of working on their own.

**To succeed in this role you will need**:

- Maintenance and/or Trade qualification (highly desirable)
- Previous experience and knowledge in general and commercial maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to work from manuals and drawings
- A Current NDIS check or willingness to obtain one
- First Aid Certificate (highly desirable)
- Up to date COVID 19 and flu vaccinations
- Exceptional people and interpersonal skills
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Strong problems solving ability and decision making skills
- Right to work in Australia

The role will require right to work in Australia, up to date COVID 19 and flu vaccinations and a current NDIS screening as per current legislation.
