Caloundra Aquatic Centre are currently recruiting more amazing people, just like you, to join their Lifeguarding, Duty Manager and Customer Service teams. Spend your summer by the pool and dive into a job full of fun and purpose

**Requirements for Lifeguarding and Customer Service roles**:

- Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
- Current First Aid (inc.CPR)
- Current Pool Lifeguard

**Key Skills**:

- Welcome all patrons to the facility with an energetic and helpful attitude
- High-level supervision of all customers within the aquatic environment
- Provide clear direction to all customers to ensure the aquatic environment is operating safely and customers are adhering to the facility safety standards
- Willing and able to provide First Aid/CPR if required and incident reporting
- Water testing, general cleaning and other miscellaneous maintenance duties
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily admin processes at the reception desk

**Key Requirements for Duty Managers**:

- Outstanding customer service skills, presentation, and attitude
- Current Blue Card (Working with children check)
- Current First Aid (inc. CPR)
- Current Pool Lifeguard
- Experience in leading teams, preferably in an aquatic environment

**Duty Manager Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage and inspire the team on shift with professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude
- First point of contact for staff on shift
- Open and clear communication between yourself and the team
- Ensure the safety, health and well-being of all patrons within our facilities
- Administration and financial adhoc tasks
- Ability to work proactively, multitask and work well under pressure
