Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Facilities Officer. As a key member of our Finance and Operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This includes managing the acquisition, registration, monitoring, maintenance, return, and replacement of equipment.

You will also investigate equipment faults, liaise with building agents and relevant agencies on operational, environmental, and maintenance matters. Additionally, you will provide support in the day-to-day management of our facilities, including coordinating repairs and maintenance.

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, facility management)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
