Leadership Role

The successful candidate will oversee the operations of a high-performing manufacturing site, managing every stage from raw material procurement through to production and dispatch. This is a key leadership position where you'll drive safety, efficiency, and team capability to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety Champion: Develop a safe working environment by implementing Zero Harm principles.
  • Site Improvement: Execute site development plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Team Development: Coach and mentor a high-performing team to enhance capabilities and engagement.
  • Operational Efficiency: Leverage systems and technology to optimize processes and drive cultural uplift.
  • Continuous Growth: Lead initiatives to enhance DIFOT performance.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer excellence.
About You
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within manufacturing, construction materials, or FMCG industries.
  • Strong skills in people engagement, coaching, and communication.
  • Ability to lead large teams and make financial and operational decisions.
  • Knowledge of systems such as ERP (M3, M4, SAP) and reporting and analysis tools (Qlik, Power BI).
  • Experience in driving innovation and challenging the status quo.
