Manufacturing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to produce high-quality products
- Perform regular maintenance checks and ensure equipment is running smoothly
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and ensure product quality
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment with machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
