Store Operations Leader

Our team is looking for a skilled leader to manage the daily operations of our store. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: You will be responsible for managing inventory, staff supervision, and customer service, ensuring that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Culture Development: Create a positive and inclusive store culture by fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Experience: Proven experience in retail or hospitality, with a passion for learning and growing with the company.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, including payroll, rostering, and inventory management.
- Prioritization: Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has excellent communication skills, and can work well in a team.
