Job Title: Operations Director
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to oversee our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production process, from raw material procurement through to final product delivery.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in manufacturing, construction materials or FMCG, with strong business acumen and coaching capabilities. Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Safety Leadership: Champion a safety-first culture and embed Zero Harm principles within the team.
- Operational Excellence: Execute site improvement plans aligned with business strategy to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Team Development: Coach and mentor a high-performing team to enhance capability and engagement.
- Innovation: Lead initiatives to enhance DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver customer excellence.
