Lead Financial StrategistThis role oversees the financial management of a rapidly expanding consumer brand. As a key partner to founders and leadership, you will develop and implement financial strategies that drive growth while maintaining accuracy and compliance.About the Role
  • Owning the finance function, including managing P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and reconciliations
  • Developing forecasts and scenario models for campaigns, launches, and new channels
  • Preparing budgets and monitoring performance to identify risks and opportunities
  • Providing commercial insights to department heads in clear, jargon-free language
  • Collaborating with external accountants and auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy
Requirements
  • Solid finance experience, preferably 5+ years in senior roles
  • Hands-on skills with modeling, forecasting, and reconciliation
  • Experience producing consolidated P&Ls and cash flow reports
  • Commercial acumen and ability to analyze profitability, ROI, and trade spend
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, actionable advice
  • Ideal experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail, or similar fast-moving, scaling businesses
  • Able to adapt, collaborate, and thrive in a dynamic environment
