Job Title: Senior Manager, Financial Strategy

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our financial strategy and reporting team. The successful candidate will have experience in providing leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial strategy and reporting, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide recommendations for improvement. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial strategy and reporting team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reports
  • Analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets
  • Maintain relationships with senior management and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in accounting or finance
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
