About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Nations Business Partner to join our People & Culture team at Special Broadcasting. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and Indigenous communities.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and a proven track record of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. You will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to business leaders on Indigenous employment and partnerships, as well as developing and implementing initiatives to increase Indigenous representation and inclusion within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase Indigenous representation and inclusion within our organization
  • Provide advice and guidance to business leaders on Indigenous employment and partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and Indigenous communities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance Indigenous cultural awareness and understanding
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement initiatives to increase Indigenous representation and inclusion within our organization
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Indigenous cultures and a proven track record of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
