Mobile Lending Manager Role Overview:
This is a dynamic and high-impact role where you will make your mark by proactively building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, establishing referral partnerships, and acquiring new customers through strategic networking.
As a Mobile Lending Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio, nurturing leads, and tailoring lending solutions to meet the needs of prospective customers. You will be expected to build strong rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs, and develop a holistic view of their situation.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will drive lending growth by building strong relationships, acquiring new business, and becoming the go-to lending expert in the area. We'd love you to have:
- Extensive consumer lending experience - this is essential.
- Strong networks and a proven ability to self-generate new business opportunities.
- High-level understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
- An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs, and develop a holistic view of their situation.
- Highly developed credit analysis skills.
- An understanding of small business offerings.
- A self-motivated, high-performing approach, with a proven track record of consistently delivering lending growth.
