Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to lead our newly established multi-year cloud adoption program. This role will play a critical part in transforming our data, models, and credit risk calculation systems, driving significant business value and improving our Stress Testing, Credit Provisions, and Regulatory Capital services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and embed best practice PMO disciplines across multiple workstreams, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed and integrated program schedule, using visualization tools to bring the schedule to life and anchor the workstreams around a common understanding of scope, critical path, milestones, and inter-dependencies.
  • Chair weekly stream lead status meetings, establishing cadence and processes to actively manage scope, budget, resources, dependencies, and benefits.
  • Maintain PPM – ANZ’s core project portfolio management system for monthly status updates, health indicators, risk and issues, key milestones, benefits, and financials.
  • Assist the Program Director in documenting compelling funding submissions and managing yearly funding activities.
