
Administrative Services Coordinator

The Administrative Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational processes. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage financial transactions, including procurement, ordering, account payments, petty cash, and monthly monitoring and reconciliation, adhering to current legislative and departmental accounting practices.
- Coordinate HR processes in accordance with current legislation and departmental policies.
- Maintain vehicle, building, and equipment in line with departmental procedures and policies.
This role reports to the Business Officer in the Child Safety Service Centre and has no direct reports or delegations.

Experience in one or more of the following work areas: human resources (payroll, recruitment, salary reports), finance (including procurement), asset management (facilities, vehicles, equipment), and information (including recordkeeping) management.
