- Building trust-based relationships with partners requires understanding their evolving needs and identifying opportunities to introduce value-added products and upgrades.
- Growing and enriching existing partner portfolios requires care while thoughtfully managing budgets for sustainable success.
- Senior-level experience in financial services is preferred, ideally with a strong background in automotive and/or motor claims, managing client relationships and leading high-performing teams with strategic vision.
- Collaborative business planning, persuasive negotiation, and influencing are key skills for creating partner-centered solutions through data analysis and financial insights.
- Deep knowledge of insurance products and legislation enables understanding market needs and guiding business development opportunities that enhance organizational growth.
