Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year retail experience in a similar setting.
  • Possess supervisory experience and values open communication.
  • Passionate about personal growth and inspiring team development.
  • Skilled in coaching and supporting others to maximise team performance.
  • Team-oriented mindset valuing the strength of collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficient in stock management and replenishment strategies.
  • Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
