Optimise Sales Performance

As a Supervisor, you will be employed to actively support the store management team to ensure the store achieves its maximum sales potential and runs efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience and safe working environment.

  • Assist store management in cultivating a motivated and effective store team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year retail experience in a similar setting.
  • Possess supervisory experience and values open communication.
  • Passionate about personal growth and inspiring team development.
  • Skilled in coaching and supporting others to maximise team performance.
  • Team-oriented mindset valuing the strength of collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficient in stock management and replenishment strategies.
  • Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
