Key Rental Income Position

This position is crucial to ensuring the financial stability of a community housing organisation. You will be responsible for creating high-quality performance analytics and reporting.

The successful candidate will have experience in the social welfare sector and knowledge of housing policies and procedures. They will also possess excellent skills in data manipulation and analysis, including detailed knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performance analytics, income forecasting, and viability modelling
  • Leading quality assurance and compliance by conducting regular audits to inform and mitigate risk
  • Delivery of compliant annual market rent reviews for properties
  • Delivery of cyclical income eligibility and rent reviews for social, affordable, and specialist disability housing programs
  • Supporting services and debt prevention initiatives aimed at greater financial inclusion for customers
