Our SUNSTUDIOS Studio division provides industry leading services and expertise to the creative industry in Australia. These services encompass shoot bookings, production, and event management. Key customer segments include broadcast television networks, film production agencies, online streaming services, industry leading stills photographers, corporate event partners and many more.

**About the Role**

SUNSTUDIOS Sydney is looking for a junior Rental Assistant to join the Equipment Team on a casual basis. You will be responsible for packing and unpacking equipment and working with senior technicians on getting jobs out in a timely manner. The junior Rental Assistant is responsible for delivering and collecting equipment across the Sydney Metro area. This is an Alexandria role and reports to the Rental Team Lead.

**Main Duties**
- Equipment deliveries and collections
- Packing equipment for outgoing bookings
- Checking and testing incoming equipment
- Customer service
- Working collaboratively with team leads on meeting daily targets
- Ensuring the growth and relevance of services at SUNSTUDIOS

**Key Requirements**

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is a team player.
- Detail orientated and methodical
- Self-motivated, organised, and a true team player
- Driving license is a must
- Experience in customer service and/or photography/video a plus
