About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone and counter sales to meet sales targets and customer needs
- Promote and up-sell new products and initiatives to customers
- Develop and maintain in-store displays and promotional materials to showcase our products
- Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management
- Dispatch and receive goods in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure safe manual handling of gas cylinders and other equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail sales environment
- Strong focus on customer service and ability to build rapport with customers
- Confidence in presenting our product and service range to customers
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Industrial and safety equipment knowledge is highly advantageous
