Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Negotiation Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.

The successful candidate will advise clients on the design, development, and implementation of contracts for major infrastructure projects, Defence projects, and long-term services based contracts for utilities and transport operators.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with adjacent legal services teams, risk advisory practices, and Ashurst Advance to deliver high-quality, value-adding services to clients seeking to extract maximum value from their contracting arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advise clients on contract design, development, and implementation for major infrastructure projects and Defense projects.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
  3. Collaborate with risk advisory practices and Ashurst Advance to develop innovative solutions for clients.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, laws, and regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
