Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with multiple stakeholders to understand their contract needs and provide solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process improvements in contract management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor contract performance and take corrective action if necessary.
  • Strategic Support: Support the procurement and supply chain team in strategic decisions.

A successful Contract Negotiator should have proven experience in contract management, strong negotiation skills, excellent understanding of contract law and compliance regulations, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
