Job Description Summary


We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team at Michael Page. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts with suppliers and vendors, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure optimal outcomes for the company.
  • Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and internal policies.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their contract needs.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process improvements in contract management to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Contract Performance Monitoring: Monitor contract performance and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Procurement Support: Collaborate with the procurement team to make strategic decisions on contract management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in contract management.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in contract management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
