**About the Role**

The Operations and Seasonal Facility TL will focus on the leadership and development of the full team at Doveton Outdoor Pool during the summer months and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service for the community. They will also have a thorough understanding of pool operations.

The Operations and Seasonal Facility TL will support the implementation of operational excellence across the Centre as well as having a key focus on customers, operations, development of staff and helping create a safety culture across Doveton.

The Operations and Seasonal Facility TL will manage and lead Doveton Outdoor Pool over the summer months and be responsible for all operations including but not limited to leadership of all staff teams, pool and plant operations and management of school carnivals.

This is an opportunity to be part of a passionate and dedicated team.

This is a full time role with a annual salary of $60,759 + super.

**Qualifications & Experience**

Experience in a similar leadership role within the Sports & Recreation industry will be highly regarded but if you have significant team leadership and budget management experience from a different industry, we would love to hear from you.
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Tertiary qualifications in Sports Management, Business Management, or other related field will be highly regarded
- Previous leadership experience is essential
