Program Manager Role:
The primary purpose of the Program Manager is to oversee the development, delivery and implementation of frameworks, activities and projects that support continuous program improvement and service excellence.
This role will support our organization to provide services that meet the needs of the communities we serve, meet legislative and contractual obligations, and contribute to the delivery of strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain records including funding contracts, service specifications/guidelines, liaise with managers regarding the development and regular review of program logics and activity work plans.
Provide advice to leaders in relation to contract provisions and requirements.
Contribute to the development and adherence to policies and procedures.
Coordinate the provision of effective data collection and reporting mechanisms across our portfolio.
Engage with shared services and operational areas to ensure program deliverables, and regulatory requirements are tracked and met.
Support senior leadership team to prepare for and respond to audit and accreditation processes, assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives in program design, and centralize the capturing and reporting of client outcomes and program outputs.
About You:
Tertiary qualifications in social work/social science/psychology or a related field with significant experience working in human services environments.
Sound knowledge and experience supporting state and federal funded programs including Early Intervention, Permanency Support, Supported Independent Living and Aftercare.
Extensive experience working with confidential data and information.
Extensive experience working in high-tempo environments with significant reporting requirements, mandatory reporting and budgetary constraints.
Experience in providing C-level information including departmental briefings, ministerial correspondence and reporting to oversight committees and boards.
Experience in program development, implementation and engagement including project management and business development in government and not-for-profit sectors.
