Senior Project Coordinator

As a skilled professional in project management, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Project Managers by taking active ownership of the project technical on-site and off-site requirements to guarantee compliant project delivery.
- Review client project engineering drawings and specifications to develop project technical deliverables.
- Develop project installation documents to ensure clear project construction requirements for the site construction team.
- Collaborate with the client project engineering team to ensure project specification compliance.
- Manage subcontract shop drawing development, including model constructability reviews and client RFI development.
- Monitor and maintain project risk registers to identify potential construction or installation engineering risks.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable industry.
- Site-based experience in an industrial environment is essential.
- Understanding of the trades and disciplines involved in site operations is necessary.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills are required.
