About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Development Manager to join our team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited. As a key member of our network growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new franchisee opportunities within our Electrical and Plumbing Network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement prospect acquisition strategies to generate leads and drive new business growth
  • Create and execute structured plans to achieve set targets and objectives
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with existing businesses and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Manage the acquisition process from lead generation to negotiation and close
