About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Performance Coach to join our team at Anytime Fitness - Support Office. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and profitability of our fitness franchise businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and coaching to franchisees to support the growth of their businesses
  • Conduct consultative business reviews with franchisees to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement business improvement initiatives to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with franchisees to drive brand and operational standards
  • Conduct regular club visits and facilitate training to drive engagement
Requirements
  • Strong operational experience and exposure across various areas of business
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident and skilled at presenting to small and large groups
  • Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Background and/or experience in fitness or coaching is highly advantageous
