About the Role

The Emerging Franchisee Program at Frontline Recruitment Group is a comprehensive leadership and development program designed for seasoned Recruitment Specialists. This program aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to become successful business owners in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an allocated territory within a specific industry vertical
  • Place good people into good jobs
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct sales calls and attend offsite client visits
  • Participate in our professional development training program
  • Source and interview suitable candidates for vacant positions
  • Facilitate the recruitment process and collaborate with other agencies in the Frontline network
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in agency recruitment in a 360-degree role
  • Proven track record in business development
  • Adept at managing and tracking activities via an ATS platform
  • High level of interpersonal communication
  • Exceptional time management, organisation, and presentation skills
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and bounce back from setbacks
