About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Franchise Performance Coach. As a key member of our support office, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and profitability of our fitness franchise businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and coaching to franchisees to support the growth of their businesses
  • Perform consultative business reviews with franchisees to identify areas for improvement
  • Drive brand and operational standards across the region
  • Deliver continuous process improvement initiatives to franchisees
  • Conduct regular club visits and facilitate training to drive engagement

Requirements:

  • Broad operational experience and exposure across various areas of business
  • A fine eye for analysis and identification of business improvement opportunities and potential solutions
  • Confident and skilled at presenting from small to large groups
  • A collaborative approach and enjoy communicating with a wide range of people
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills
  • A background and/or experience in fitness or coaching would be advantageous
  • Experience with Franchising would be advantageous
  • Current/valid driver's license
