Administrative Operations Manager

At Mary MacKillop College, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the development, maintenance, and operations of our administrative systems.

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of relevant systems and resources

As an Administrative Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily administrative tasks, monitoring workloads, promoting teamwork, skill development, and a sense of pride in the school.

  • Coordinate general day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Develop and interpret legislation, regulations, and procedures related to administrative operations within the school
  • Prepare and maintain procurement activities, including overseeing budget administration
  • Market and promote administrative services, coordinating programs that are responsive to the school's requirements and current trends

The successful candidate will have contemporary skills and experience in administering schools, including:

  • Overseeing and improving systems and administrative resources
  • Coordinating daily administrative tasks, managing workloads, and fostering teamwork
  • Interpreting and applying legislation, regulations, and procedures related to school operations
  • Managing procurement activities and financial administration
  • Marketing and promoting administrative services, ensuring programs align with school needs and current trends

Eligibility and Safeguarding Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
  • Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement
